At King of Prussia Pharmacy Services (KOPPS) - we are committed to providing quality pharmaceutical care along with superior customer service and focused individual attention, a combination that sets us apart from the rest of the industry.  At KOPPS, you can count on dependable care from one of our knowledgeable pharmacists who will take the time to talk with you and get to know you and your individual healthcare needs and provide you with the kind of personal attention you deserve. We provide specialty packaging, physician orders, medical/treatment records, chart reviews, consultations and staff in-services.  In addition, we participate in the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) which gives us guidance and provides us with a framework critical to meeting the highest standards of excellence in the healthcare industry.  We operate our pharmacy safely, simply and cost-effectively. KOPPS believes it is important to be involved in all aspects of patient care to ensure continued positive outcomes. As you will see, being a part of our family has significant advantages.
• Our knowledgeable customer service representatives are available to answer all your questions. • We offer an easy ordering system (fax or phone) for all of our customers, facilities and physicians. • We provide packaging according to your needs – your choices include:     –  automation (weekly,           bi-weekly, or monthly)     –  vial fill     –  blister card (15-, 16-, 30-, or 31-day cycles) • We deliver daily, Monday through Friday, FREE OF CHARGE. • Our consultant pharmacist will visit your facility to perform 30, 60, or 90-day reviews. • We provide printed MAR, TAR, and physician orders monthly for each resident for charting documentation of medication administration – each form contains name, allergies, diagnosis, and current medication list with directions. • Our Prior Authorization Department works directly with doctor and/or nurse to obtain letter of medical necessity/prior authorization for medication.
We accept all major insurance plans including: •   Medicare •   Medicaid of PA, NJ, DE** •   Keystone Mercy •   Amerihealth Mercy •   Private Insurance (e.g. BC/BS,     Cigna) * Co-pay, deductibles, and some restrictions may apply ** Call for other state availabilities † Up to 30 days after shipment
