KOPPS Medication Ordering System is as follows:
On Demand Filling - the facility will generate the order via fax to KOPPS.
Cycle Fill - The pharmacy fills by month - twelve (12) billing cycles per year. The medication is billed on the 23rd of every month. The cycle fill will then be delivered to the facility five (5) full business days before the end of the month. This will ensure sufficient time for the nursing staff to verify what was delivered against the MAR/TAR for the following month.
KOPPS offers split billing to our customers.
KOPPS will bill all participating benefit plans. (Primary, secondary, and tertiary plans)
